Sandwich & Sons, Jangpura

Sandwich & Sons is a gourmet sandwich delivery brand brought to you by the team behind Instapizza. Sandwich & Sons made their debut at The Palate Fest and received a pretty great response. Since then, Sandwich & Sons have taken our love for bread, sauces, cheese, and toppings and lovingly crafted a menu of unique sandwiches that redefines what it means to be a sandwich-eater in Delhi.The menu boasts of a variety of sandwiches with quality produce, bold, new flavours, and huge sandwiches.

Being a meat lover, I tried two of their Non Veg Sandwiches i.e. The Pork Belly Rager Sandwich and the Bacon.Bacon.Bacon with Lettuce and Tomato sandwich.

The Sandwiches arrived in 2 separate boxes clearly marked with the name of the Sandwich within. The Sandwich itself was wrapped in a paper and was accompanied by a delicious mustard dip (which I could not get enough of) and potato chips.

The Pork Belly Rager Sandwich had me floored. The pork was cooked to perfection and the hoisin plum sauce and caramelised onions added a sweet flavour to the sandwich. The dijonnaise and the lettuce added a slight edge and crunch to the sandwich. This sandwich has me wanting more and I cannot even start to describe how perfect it was. It was everything you need it to be - juicy, meaty, filling and absolutely mind blowing-ly drool worthy.

Bacon.Bacon.Bacon with Lettuce and Tomato sandwich was another winner. bacon slices, lettuce and tomato slathered in a mustard mayo sauce served on a delish sour dough slice.

The sandwiches at first do not seem like they would be filling but it is only when you start devouring them that you realise how heavy they can be.
One thing that I liked was that the bread options were not just regular white bread and brown bread but sourdough or multigrain.

I am really looking forward to trying out some more Sandwiches the next time around.
