Fruit Custard (No Added Sugar)
Sweetened with Natural Sweetener Stevia
Fruit custard made using custard powder and fruits.
Ingredient (1 Serving)
1. Custard Powder (1 Tablespoon)
2. Milk-250ml
3. Cold Milk (1 Tablespoon)
4. Sugar free green-9.5 scoop
Recipe
1. Combine custard powder and the cold milk in a small cup. Stir until smooth.
2. Place custard mixture, sugar free green and remaining milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat
3. Stir constantly until custard comes to a boil and thickens. Simmer, stirring for 1 minute.
4. Keep the custard in the fridge to cool before adding the fruits
5. Chop the fruits, once the custard has cooled add the fruits and mix well
6. Serve garnished with some more fruits and pomegranate arils
Yogurt & Fruit Parfaits (No added sugar)
Sweetened with Natural Sweetener Stevia
Ingredient (1 Serving)
1. Muesli-5 Teaspoon(25g)
2. Yogurt-100g
3. Mango slice-2 slice
4. Pomegranate -half cup (25g)
5. Walnut- 4 pieces
6. Almond -2 pieces(broken)
7. Mint leaves- 2-4 leaves
8. Any other seasonal fruit e.g.- apple, pineapple, kiwi
9. sugar free green- 4 scoop
Recipe
1. Take a glass mug or a long glass.
2. Fill bottom of glass with muesli.
3. In a separate bowl take curd and add sugar free green. Mix them well.
4. Pour half of curd into the glass, and then add fruits.
5. Pour remaining curd in glass and then add dry fruits, and few more fruit.
6. Garnish with mint leaves.
Ginger Mint Lemonade (No Sugar Added)
Sweetened with Natural Sweetener Stevia
Ingredient (1 Serving)
1. Water 1cup (2000ml)
2. Lemon -1 tablespoon
3. Mint -15-20 leaves
4. Ginger- 1 teaspoon
5. Sugar free green 2 ½ scoops
Recipe
1. Take a cup of water in a pan and add 1 tsp fresh ginger.
2. Simmer for 10 minutes at low heat then keep aside and steep for another 30 minutes.
3. After 30 min strain the ginger extract in a bowl.
4. Lightly Crush mint leaves in another bowl with help of rolling pin or in pestle mortar.
5. Add lemon juice, ginger extract, sugar free green & remaining water (cold).
6. Mix all ingredients, remove mint leaves.
7. Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon.
MANGO LASSI (No Sugar Added)

Ingredient
1. Mango pulp/mango slice-1cup (100g)
2. Curd-1/2 cup (50g)
3. Water-1cup (100g)
4. Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon (0.5g)
5. Sugar free green- 3 scoops
Recipe
1. Pour mango pulp in a blender and add curd, cardamom powder, water & sugar free green.
2. Blend it for 2 min or until it form a smooth blend.
3. Pour blend in a glass, garnish with few mango cube shape pieces.
