Bueno Kitchen, Gurgaon

Bueno, which has recently opened , serves food from around the world from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. That is 17 hours of commitment on a daily basis for food delivery. Not usually something that you hear of. The cuisines that Bueno delivers are American, Mexican, European, Italian, Lebanese, Indian & Asian and the best part is that the prices are pocket friendly. 

It operates with a team of experienced Five-Star Chefs and operations experts who manage their kitchens & delivery operations 24x7. 

They have come a long way after their launch. They have improved the food and revamped their packaging for the better. We were actually quite impressed with the changes made to the packaging. It looks so much more energetic and vibrant now as compared to the boring green and white tones that they used earlier. 

Even the cutlery comes in small well packed paper pockets which are clearly marked. 

The food also has improved quite a bit and more items have been added to their menu. We tried the Chinese shredded chicken in Hot garlic sauce with veg fried rice first. 
The chicken was well cooked and the gravy was meaty and saucy but had a little too much salt and the veg fried rice was flavourful . The quantities were more than enough for one hungry person .

Gautam tried the Cucumber, Tomato and cheese sandwich. The bread which was baked with quite a few olives was used as the bread for the sandwich. The olives added a nice savoury flavour to the fresh Cucumber, Tomato and cheese sandwich. Not a bad sandwich at all. Though we would have liked some more veggies in the sandwich, we were quite happy with what was served.

The veg pasta with arabiatta sauce was next in line. The pasta was well cooked and the quantity was good enough for two people. The crunch of the red peppers and the olives and the baby corn added a nice texture and flavour to the soft melt in the mouth pasta. 

Dessert is a must for every meal and the chocolate and walnut brownie was the best I've had in a while. Soft, mushy, gooey and chocolatey with crunchy walnut. Oh my! You just cannot order from Bueno and not ask for the brownie. I just about managed to take a picture of it when I'd taken it out of the packet. You would have seen no sign of it otherwise as Gautam just gobbled the whole thing!

So, whether it is an impulse craving to eat something good, a planned get-together on a joyful occasion, an elaborate office party or anything else, Bueno is the integrated one-stop-shop for delectable global food where you will always find something you like.
