Bunta Bar Live, Janpath, New Delhi

Bunta Bar Live was the talk of the town when it opened and it continues to be the party place of choice in Janpath. 

As you enter the bar, you are welcomed by courteous staff and a very soothing and inviting ambience which instantly put you at ease. There are some neon signs placed strategically in the bar which prove to be great photo ops!

For a Tuesday evening, the bar was surprisingly crowded which proves that it still is a preferred spot for the locals! 

The menu offers a wide variety of Pan Asian and Indian dishes. So we ordered the chicken manchow Soup, Chilli chicken and Meatballs in  mushroom sauce for starters, Laal Maas and Naan for mains and Chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert. I also tried their special called Baba Ji ki Boti which is Gin shaken with elderflower and amla notes topped with Tonic water which was perfect!

All the dishes that we tried were delicious and flavourful and exactly how they were expected to be.
The Chicken Manchow soup was yummy and warm and loaded with goodies and was exactly what we needed in this weather.

The chilli chicken was well prepared and since i prefer spicy food, I would have been happier if it was a little more spicy. 

The Meatballs with Mushroom sauce was surprisingly good. The Meatballs were tender, flavourful and so damn good! The quality of the meat was just amazing!

The Laal Maas and Naan again was prepared very well. The meat was cooked well and was just perfect that it had a bite to it but also was melting off the bone.

The Brownie with Ice cream was a little different as the chef used Butterscotch ice cream instead of regular vanilla ice cream. 

Overall it was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back and try the other items on their menu.
