As per Wikipedia, in studies of social animals, the highest ranking individual is sometimes designated as the alpha. Males, females, or both, can be alphas, depending on the species. Where one male and one female fulfill this role together, they are sometimes referred to as the alpha pair. Other animals in the same social group may exhibit deference or other species-specific subordinate behaviours towards the alpha or alphas.

Alphas may achieve their status by superior physical strength and aggression, or through social efforts and building alliances within the group.The individual with alpha status sometimes changes, often through a fight between the dominant and a subordinate animal.

Alpha animals usually gain preferential access to food and other desirable items or activities, though the extent of this varies widely between species.

Delhi now has its very own destination for its alphas - WolfGang and Co. It is not only a place to meet like minded, high achieving, hardworking and free spirited individuals but also a place to hang out, unwind and relax with amazing cocktails, great music and good food.

The interiors are tastefully done and a dark curtain a drawn which makes you feel like it is a sort of secret space only for a selective few. It also has a separate, more exquisite and personal seating area upstairs which also provides a great view of the space downstairs and the performances.

We were greeted with absolutely delicious Jamun shots, Kokum shots, Jalapeno shots and Mango shots.

We went on to try the Chocolate Man, Chocolate Martini, Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned while we sat at the bar. Each drink was prepared and served with a lot of love, had very balanced flavours and we were floored. They could not have been prepared in a better way. The Chocolate Man , a whisky based cocktail was my absolute favourite. After all, where else will you find chocolate and marshmallows in one cocktail! The marshmallows just cut through the very potent chocolate cocktail and the chocolate shavings on top just made it oh so goooooood!

The Moscow Mule, Chocolate Martini and the Old Fashioned were well prepared and tasty .

Just when we were getting slightly buzzed with the cocktails, the live performance got us to a different high. This man had the most beautiful voice that I've ever seen at a live perfromance and mind you, he did not sing punjabi songs but the likes of Coldplay and Ed Sheeran. You have to see it to believe it.

The skewered prawns was amazing! I literally have no words to describe how perfect it was - perfectly cooked, perfectly flavoured, perfectly cooked & simply gorgeous.

The Mutton Chapli Kebabs were soft, moist and juicy but extremely thin. I would definitely have loved to have some more meat on the kebabs as they were very palatable.

The Pickled shrimp and poppadum spring rolls were very different from the spring rolls we are used to. The filling was flavourful and spicy and the rolls were thin and crunchy.

The Roman Love sandwich was extremely appetizing with soft, succulent pieces of chicken in a delectable sauce served in a soft bread.

Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Steak was very inviting. The chicken was a little dry, the filling was flavoursome ,the pineapple sauce was sweet but all of this with a morsel of rice was the perfect combination. But yes, if you rarely like sweet main courses, then this is not the one for you.
