Chef Oliver’s Kitchen, a 10-day long festival celebrates the authentic delicacies and flavours from the Northern Province of China through an extensive menu showcasing his culinary repertoire.
The festival was on from Thursday, 11th May to Sunday, 21st May 2017 for dinner at K3, an all-day dining restaurant at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity.
During the festival, Chef Oliver dished up his signature dishes such as Cong You Jun (Assorted Mushroom Salad), Zhu Tong Fan (Bamboo Rice), Shui Jian Bao (Pan fried Bao with choice of veg or non-veg stuffing), Hong Shao Dou Fu (Beijing style tofu and shitake mushroom), Bai Zhan Ji (Chicken with ginger spring onion), Yu Xiang Ji Pian (Stir fried chicken with yuxiang sauce) among others as shown below from the daily rotational menu.

The Delhi Baking Company (DBC), which is the hotel patisserie, will specialize in a wide range of grab-and- go gourmet products including baked goods, great coffee and culinary lifestyle products, as well as a simple eat-in menu, making it the perfect destination to meet for business or leisure.
