Chef's Kitchen, Ardee City, Gurgaon

I recently ordered from Chef's Kitchen, Ardee City in an attempt to satisfy my craving for Indian food and I was not disappointed.

The Bhutta Matar ki Shammi made of corn and green peas was packed with nutrients and very filling. The masala in the shammi was a little over powering but the mint chutney helped in balancing the flavours.

The Paneer Tikka was again well prepared and had all the correct flavours. However, the quality of the paneer used was not very good and so overall taste and the aftertaste was not great.

The Murg Malai tikka was juicy, succulent and appetizing. It was perfectly cooked and the slight char on the chicken provided additional flavours.

In the mains, the Paneer Butter Masala was well prepared. The gravy was thick and luscious and the paneer was soft and moist.
