Hard Rock Cafe, Cyber Hub, Gurgaon
We have visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Delhi (Gurgaon), Pune and Mumbai. Each of the Cafe's have been done up in a way that depicts the history of Music. You will see original costumes, musical instruments, posters etc. of famous Legends on the walls.
You will also usually see a small area right at the beginning of the Cafe which is called the Rock Shop and sells Hard Rock Cafe merchandise .
We have had a good time each time we visited the outlets as mentioned earlier. So, to try out the outlet close to work, we turned up at the Hard Rock Cafe in Gurgaon for dinner on a busy Friday evening.
We ordered our usual - Long Island Iced Tea, Nachos and Burgers.
The Long Island Iced Tea at Hard Rock is a personal favourite. You just have to make sure that you ask them to prepare it with less ice. If you do not, then you will probably turn up with too much ice and less of the drink which you obviously would not want.
We asked for the LIIT with less ice, but we were served LIIT with too much ice. The drink was not replaced even after multiple requests and so we had to settle with what we had.

We also ordered the Nachos which are a favourite . They were cheesy and crunchy and the cream just made it better.
We then ordered the Legendary chicken burger after the nachos. The burger was dry and cold. Even after repeated requests, it was not replaced. Probably heated in the microwave and sent back which in turn made it soggy. We just left the restaurant without eating the burger. We were not happy but were conveniently billed for it.
For a global brand, this clearly was a bad move. Compared to the other outlets in the country,this one definitely did not live up to its name.
Staff is stuck up. Music is good but the volume needs to be moderated.
Will definitely not visit this outlet again.
